All programs are in person with the exception of IMPACT February-March and PLANTS which are scheduled to be online. If for any reason an in person course needed to be switched to online, we will notify you 6-8 weeks in advance. Therefore please indicate in the form below if you are willing and able to switch to an online program if need be. Please do not book flights prior to 8 weeks before the advertised program dates.

Our registration deadline is 30 days before a program. Please call us to inquire if it is less than 30 days before a program. To secure your spot in your desired program, please fill out the online form below. After completing it, you will be given options to pay a $100 /adult and $50 /child deposit online with your credit card. This deposit is non-refundable and will apply towards your program fees.


Note that we rent various facilities throughout the year with different catering services. It is not possible to accommodate all dietary allergies and restrictions. If you have any dietary concerns, please contact the Administrator at 416-840-5488 before completing the registration form and sending a deposit.

Personal Information

We prepare a class list for your classmates and the facilitators of the program you register for. It includes an adult's first and last names, a child's name/gender/age (not birthdate), country of service and language, agency or church name, and city/town and province/state where you live while in Canada or the USA. If you do not want one or more of these items printed on the class list or if we can print with adaptations such as writing Restricted Access Nation instead of the country name or not including your agency name, then in the space below please let us know specifically what we can or cannot write on the class list.
